By accessing or using Tasky (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
2. Account Registration and Terms
To access and use Tasky, you must register for an account. We use Clerk to handle secure user authentication. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
- Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Service or your account.
3. Use of the Service
Tasky grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Service. You agree not to misuse the Service or assist anyone else in doing so. Specifically, you agree not to:
Prohibited Actions
Copy, modify, host, stream, sublicense, or resell the Service, or upload files that contain viruses or malware.
Usage Conduct
Harass other users in collaborative channels, disrupt backend services, or bypass security rules.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tasky and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You retain all rights and ownership to the task content, chat logs, and collaborative documents you upload or create on the platform. By posting content, you grant Tasky a license to store and transmit this content solely to deliver the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tasky, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
